Angelika Korea

Vice President in charge of Seminars & Conferences (S&C)

“My name is Angelika Korea, I am 20 years old and I am now in the 3rd year of my studies at the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. Alongside my studies, this year I have the pleasure and honour of serving as Vice President for Seminars and Conferences of ELSA Komotini.

My journey in ELSA began in the 2nd year of my studies, when, to my great delight, I took on the role of Specialised Collaborator in the Seminars and Conferences Area. The skills I developed, the experiences I gained and, above all, the people I met were what did not allow me to close this chapter and pushed me to continue my journey in a Group that, through its outward-looking approach, its transnational activities and contact with different cultures, cultivates a modern way of thinking.

In an Area distinguished by its creativity, its experiential nature and its transnational character, my aim is to showcase activities that go beyond the limits of theoretical knowledge, turning it into experience, collaboration and meaningful development. My priority will be to look for new ways of enriching the Area, with the purpose of constantly adapting it to contemporary legal and professional challenges.

Finally, I look forward to a term full of ideas that will become action, collaborations that will leave their mark and, above all, moments that will confirm our choice to be a part of ELSA too.”
