Elisavet Nitsa

Vice President in charge of Seminars & Conferences

My name is Elisavet Nitsa, I am 20 years old and I come from Thessaloniki, where I was born and raised.

This academic year, as I go through the third year of my studies at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, I have the pleasure and honour of serving as Vice President for Seminars and Conferences of ELSA Thessaloniki.

The starting point of my involvement with the organisation was the first year of my studies, when, through the information event, I got to know its structure and activities. As a first-year student, in a new and unfamiliar environment, I found in ELSA a point of reference; its organisational structure and, above all, its people inspired me to take an active part and soon become an integral part of it.

Last academic year, I had the pleasure of serving as a Specialised Collaborator in the Seminars and Conferences Area, as a member of a team of people with a common vision, goals and creative spirit. Through this experience, I gained a real understanding of the needs and demands of the Area, as well as a deeper understanding of ELSA’s overall vision, which I now seek to continue and develop from the position of Vice President.

Together with the team of Specialised Collaborators, with dedication, laughter, enthusiasm and fruitful reflection, we set as our goal the organisation of activities of a high academic standard, with an international orientation and real impact.

I aspire to enrich the Area with new ideas, initiatives and activities that promote ELSA’s vision and values, driven by a team based on mutual respect, cooperation and the joy of creating.
