My name is Konstantina Kaukoula, I am 21 years old and this year I have the pleasure of serving as Secretary General of ELSA Thessaloniki.
My acquaintance with the organisation began when I first attended the information event at the start of the year and realised the opportunities it offers students to grow in an academic and friendly environment. A year later, through my term as a Specialised Collaborator for Internal Management and Human Resources, I had the chance to experience its operation first-hand, to understand its needs in practice and to bond with people who share the same ambitions.
For me, the General Secretariat is the space where consistency turns into practical support for the activities and, above all, for the people who make them happen. It is all these people who make sure that the vision of ELSA Thessaloniki takes shape and keeps evolving. So I, in turn, hope to share this unique experience with the other members of the organisation.
My goal for this year is to create an environment of trust, openness and mutual support, where every member can feel that they truly belong to our team.”
