Ms Elena Koltsaki is a Lawyer, an Accredited Mediator and a Mediator Trainer, accredited by the Greek Ministry of Justice and by recognised international bodies. She is Academic Director of the MSc in Business for Lawyers and Affiliate Professor in Mediation and Negotiations Management at ALBA Graduate Business School. She has trained more than 2,000 mediators in Greece and abroad and served as a regular Member of the Mediator Accreditation Committee of the Ministry of Justice (2014-2017) and of the Law Drafting Committee for the Revision of the institution of Mediation (2017-2018). She is a member of the International Advisory Board on Mediation at the Office of the Ombudsman for United Nations Funds and Programmes (USA) and President Elect of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR, Chicago).
