Dear members and friends of ELSA Greece,
We are pleased to announce that applications are now open to staff the ELSA Greece Advocacy Team for the current academic year 2020 – 2021. The Advocacy Team is a team of students which this year will take initiatives to promote human rights, advance the principle of the rule of law and strengthen the social character of ELSA Greece.
More specifically, throughout the year the Advocacy Team will undertake legal research in the context of international days and activities related to the rule of law, included in ELSA’s Rule of Law Campaign. Finally, the team will also deal with preparing legal research in the context of ELSA’s Annual Human Rights Campaign (ELSA Day).

During the previous academic year, ELSA Greece, true to its goals and to strengthening the social awareness of its members, started the Human Rights Campaign. As part of the Human Rights Campaign, legal research was carried out based on international and European days as well as individual human rights. The Campaign was also embraced by the local groups of ELSA Greece, which undertook a multitude of activities aimed at the promotion of human rights. See the throwback on our IGTV and stories.
This year, the Campaign evolves and opens up even more to its members. We are therefore proceeding to create the Advocacy Team, a team of students which this year will take initiatives to promote human rights, advance the principle of the rule of law and strengthen the social character of ELSA Greece.
