At the beginning of December the first part of our Balkan Bilateral Study Visit was completed.
Ten of our members visited Bucharest, the capital of Romania, and were hosted there for a whole week.
During their trip, they took part in the 11th edition of the Living Library, one of the best-known and most successful activities of ELSA Bucharest.
In addition, as part of the academic programme, they visited the “Drakopoulos” Law Office and also took part in a very special workshop on international opportunities for young people.
At the same time, ELSA Bucharest had prepared for us a full programme of sightseeing at the most famous monuments and places, such as the Palatum, the Museum of Romanian History, the central university library, and an exciting social programme that included various activities and parties, such as laser war, movie night, beer game night, bowling, a Christmas party and much more.
It was certainly a unique travel experience, a taste of authentic life in Romania, as well as the beginning of many new friendships.
ELSA Thessaloniki looks forward to returning the wonderful hospitality by welcoming the members of ELSA Bucharest in the near future.
