The Hosting Group will undertake, under the guidance of the Vice President STEP and with the contribution of the Special Associate responsible for Reception, the smooth integration and adaptation of the trainees into the life of our city. Specifically, the duties of the Hosting Group include help before the trainees arrive in Thessaloniki, regarding finding accommodation, providing information about the traineeship, informing them about the city’s sights, etc.; assistance with whatever they need during their traineeship, from picking them up at the airport to suggestions for museums and cafés; and the organisation of regular joint outings for their better integration.
