To mark the celebration of ELSA Day, a day dedicated to human rights, ELSA Greece organised a Webinar on the theme “Shaping the future towards human-centered AI”, which analysed the human rights issues raised by the rapid development of artificial intelligence systems and their modern applications.
This activity marks the start of ELSA Greece’s human rights campaign for the current academic year, on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights”, within the framework of the corresponding International Focus Programme of ELSA International. Participants had the opportunity to learn about new developments in the field from 2 prominent speakers, as well as about our network’s upcoming activities.

The sub-themes of the research are: Artificial Intelligence and Human Behaviour, Artificial Intelligence and Security, Artificial Intelligence and Bias. We warmly thank the team members Andriani Rouvali, Dimitra Panopoulou, Chrysoula Anagnostopoulou, Chrysoula Athanasatou, Eleni Giannakou and Prokopis Panagopoulos for their work.
At the same time, the activities of all three of our local groups culminated on Wednesday 25/11 (this year’s ELSA Day) as part of the day’s celebrations, with extremely interesting activities, guests and themes.
