As part of our determination to continue the activities of our association despite the unprecedented circumstances around us, we are especially pleased to announce the holding of the 2nd Webinar of ELSA Thessaloniki, entitled “Contracts and Coronavirus”.
The Webinar will consist of 3 talks. One general, on the interpretation of contracts in light of the new circumstances in view of the pandemic, and two more specific ones, one of which will be in the field of Civil Law and the other in the field of Commercial Law. More specifically:
-Zafirios Tsolakidis, Assistant Professor at the NKUA Law School: “The impact of the new circumstances on pending contractual relationships”
– Stamatis Koumanis, Assistant Professor at AUTh: “The impact of the pandemic on the development of the lease contract”
-Evmorfia Tziva, Associate Professor at AUTh: “Insurance Contracts and Coronavirus”.
