One of the largest and most dynamic projects of ELSA Thessaloniki, the famous and ever-evolving Expressis Verbis Law Journal, sees the light of day. The effort that began a few months ago for the third consecutive year, with the ultimate aim of giving students a platform to articulate their legal arguments and to come closer to the footsteps of the research process, now takes its electronic form.
This year’s endeavour is structured in 37 legal contribu tions, as well as 4 interviews with persons of recognised and unquestionable legal standing. Articles and interviews ultimately demonstrate the dilemmas and challenges that the Law is called upon to face on a daily basis, as well as the stance we must maintain towards the age-old demand for a more just society.
We thank from the bottom of our hearts everyone who contributed to this year’s issue of our legal journal, and in particular the Board of our association for its unreserved and selfless contribution, the distinguished scholars for their excellent remarks in the interviews, and of course both the Thessaloniki Bar Association and PARALLAXI who believed in the vision of the journal from the start. Finally, the most sincere thanks belong to the heart of our team, which is the authors. Without them the journal would not be at today’s level and we owe them a great deal for it.
The passion for development was the greatest wager made by this year’s Editorial Board from the day it took up its duties. The greatest reward for us is for this wager to become reality. We believe we succeeded. The epilogue, however, rightfully belongs to you.
Thank you for becoming a part of it every year. The long-awaited #Third_Chapter
We wish you enjoyable reading!
