The term of the ELSA Greece Board for 2020/21 has officially ended and we could not fail to make a brief review of a year “full” in every respect. Perhaps, in view of the difficult conditions, not full of in-person activities and moments captured on video or in photographs, but certainly full of experiences, decisive steps forward and ELSA spirit in every aspect.
All of us worked with joy and willingness every day of this term, in order to remain true to our vision and to offer our Network high-quality activities, of a high academic standard, cultivating respect for human rights. We hope that our promise of relentless effort to take ELSA Greece even higher has been fulfilled, and we wish the new Board to continue, because even sky isn’t the limit!We would sincerely like to express our deep gratitude to all the partners and supporters of our activities and our Vision, and of course to all of you, friends and members of our network, for your trust and support, and in particular to the invaluable members of the Extended Board, who, as friends now, were our support and inspiration throughout the year.
It was a year with a breath of renewal, during which an extensive revision and renewal of our statute took place, a record number of activities at every level, innovative and successful online events, while new promising collaborations were developed and we had the pleasure of having top representatives of the academic and legal community as supporters along our journey.
And so, here our journey comes to its end, handing the baton to the new Board of ELSA Greece 2021/22, which for the first time has 8 members and with many fresh ideas and innovations to come, we wish it to leave behind such days a bright and commendable mark.
