The Board of ELSA Greece is pleased to announce the organisation of the first two-day, nationwide Conference for the academic year 2021-2022 on the theme: “Legal Aspects of Corporate Transformations Law” on 10 and 11 December 2021 at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The aim of the Conference is to inform the public about the new legal framework of corporate transformations following Law 4601/2019. More information about the programme and registrations can be found on the Conference page.
The conference will have a hybrid format, has already been placed under the auspices of the Hellenic Association of Commercial Law Scholars and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry and people from all over Greece will be able to follow it online, while there will also be the possibility of physical attendance for a limited number of people, in compliance with all health protocols.
As part of the Conference, distinguished speakers, academics, lawyers, and members of the Law-Drafting Committee of Law 4601/2019, will inform the legal community about corporate transformation issues relating to Company Law, Insolvency Law, Tax Law, and Competition Law, providing a comprehensive picture of the new legislation.
Please note that, for health reasons, the possibility of physical attendance will be limited and to secure it a strict first-come, first-served order.
Registration takes place via Google forms, while the participation fee is paid by bank deposit.
