As part of a cycle of webinars organised by ELSA Greece, we would like to announce that on Friday 29 May 2020 at 19:00 its 6th online seminar will take place via the “ZOOM” application.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend, delivered by the Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at the NKUA Law School, Ms Christina L ivada, a seminar based on the necessity of corporate governance for companies, the main features of the legislative framework and the corporate governance codes of Greek listed companies.
